Membership Categories The Illinois Rural Health Association offers three categories of membership: Individual Any eligible individual not holding membership in another category. Organization Any legally constituted organization with four or more members. An organizational member is entitled to identify up to four persons as part of their membership. The organization shall annually submit to IRHA the names of the four organizational members who are eligible to vote on matters submitted to the membership. Four members from the organization may attend the Annual Conference at the membership rate. Student Persons who are enrolled full time in an educational institution.
